When I began noticing back pain at only 14 years old, I knew something was up. At 16 I was diagnosed with moderate to severe scoliosis. With a determination to avoid any forceful surgeries of any kind, I tried many holistic therapies but none of them quite seemed to get to the root of the issue. Eventually, I landed on Block Therapy. The techniques and the theory behind it lined up exactly with what I was observing in myself and filled in the gaps where my previous strategies had been lacking! After “blocking” for over a year and seeing and feeling the noticeable improvements that were being made, I saw the opportunity to turn my enthusiasm for the therapy into a business opportunity, and share the Block’s potential with others. I graduated from high school with an Associate of Science degree on top of my diploma, then, the summer following, immediately plunged into my Certification. I am now currently the youngest Block Therapy Instructor, and the first in the state of Texas!
